The Canadian Legion was founded in 1926, however, the White Rock Legion’s history does not start there. In fact, we began almost a decade earlier as The Great War Veterans Association, followed by the Canadian Legion then, Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth the 2nd granted Royal Assent, thus creating Royal Canadian Legion.
We survived Floods, Fires, the Great Depression and most recently the ‘Plague’ (aka Covid).
Today we stand proud as we continue to support our Veterans, Seniors & Community.2026 will mark our 100th Anniversary as a proud & thriving Legion.
With one of the biggest Dance Floors in the Lower Mainland and great dance bands every Friday and Saturday, come and enjoy some Great Food, Cheap Drinks and Great Music!
